ORDER

You will receive an order confirmation email after an order has been placed and you will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped. Your shipping confirmation email will include the tracking number for your package. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours after your package has left our warehouse for the tracking information to appear in the shipment tracking system.

SHIPPING

The shipping cost is free in Europe. For outside Europe we charge a fee of 20 euro. We ship all over the world. All orders will be shipped within 48 hours from order date. You will receive an order confirmation email after an order has been placed and you will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped. Your shipping confirmation email will include the tracking number for your package. You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. All deliveries require a signature, please ensure somebody is in to sign for the goods.

Where products are delivered to you outside of the European Union you will be responsible for paying any local sales tax or import duties arising at the delivery destination, which are NOT INCLUDED in the price of the products.

PAYMENT

We accepts the following payment options: 
iDeal, VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Paypall. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours after your package has left our warehouse for the tracking information to appear in the shipment tracking system.

RETURNS

Returning an item couldn’t be easier. Try your purchases on in the comfort of your own home and if you need to send them back, you have 14 days from the date you received your order to exchange or return. Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all garment tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

When trying on shoes, please be mindful not to scratch the soles or mark the shoe box. Returns must also include the dust bag and box, as these are considered part of the product. Please place the shoe box inside another box in order to prevent damage during shipping.

Please ensure all products are returned in their original packaging. A refund will be made as soon as we’ve received the returned item in good order. The invoice amount will be credited to your original method of payment within 7 business days. You will be notified via email once the return transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.

CANCEL

To cancel or change your order, please contact our CUSTOMER SERVICE. You may change or cancel any L’enfant Terrible order as long as the order has not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be changed or cancelled. We are unfortunately unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched. Therefore, please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address.
